HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
Urgent Appointments For urgent on the day appointments please contact us at 08.00. Our reception team are trained to ensure you are signposted correctly. Please inform of us of your DOB as soon as you get through to our team to enable us to find your details and book your appointment.

Routine Appointments

Bookable weeks in advance for routine appointments
eConsults  Managing your health can be stressful and a huge inconvenience – most of us just wish we felt fit and well, all of the time. eConsult is our online service which helps our patients access the help and advice they need at the right time, in the right place, with the right person. All identifiable patient medical data passes directly to us at the practice and eConsult will not have access to any of this information. Upon receiving your online request, this will be reviewed and if required, dealt by our Health Hub clinicians over the telephone. Depending on your clinical need you may be required to attend our practice or MPA Access hub to see a clinician face to face.
Nurse Appointments Routine review appointments with our nursing team can be booked via phone any time after 11.00.
111 In the event that you need urgent on the day care and we are at capacity, 111 is available to support and signpost you to get you the help you need.
999 If you or someone else is showing signs of an emergency for example a heart attack or stroke call 999 urgently. If you have an appointment booked with your GP but your condition deteriorates and is now an emergency call 999.

Video/Audio recording

On occasions we may wish to film or record consultations between doctors and patients. These can help us to assess our consultation procedures and are only used for teaching purposes.

Filming/Recording will not be undertaken without the patient’s express consent. Intimate physical examinations will never be recorded and the camera/recorder can be switched off at any time on request.

Extended Access Appointments at Primary Care Hubs

Medway Practices Alliance (MPA) have been commissioned by Medway Clinical Commissioning Group to provide additional extended access GP appointments, including evening and weekend appointments, at locations across Medway. GPs at these locations have access to your full medical records and they can provide routine GP consultations. These appointments may be suitable or convenient for patients who can travel or looking for appointments outside of your local surgery opening times. The Practice Reception staff may be able to book an appointment through this service, subject to availability.
