Changes to the Practice Boundary

Following a period of patient consultation and to ensure we continue to provide the best care for all our patients, our practice boundary was changed in October 2017 and now excludes the following roads for new patient registrations.

Frindsbury Hill (and surrounding roads) through to Frindsbury Road (to the bottom of Bill Street Road)

Parsonage Lane (including Ampersand Residential Home)

Bingham Road

Powlett Road (and surrounding roads)

Bill Street Road (beyond Windmill Street)

Watling Street

Crutches Lane

Rede Court Road (and the surrounding estates)

These changes do not affect our exisiting registered patients, nor will it affect the registering of newborns into an existing household, children moving into an existing household who are under the age of 18 years (e.g. foster children) or patients temporarily staying with currently registered patients.
