Junior Doctors are due to strike between the 2nd October 2023 and 5th October 2023. This may mean that there will be a reduced amount of appointments during this time. Results

When your doctor asks you to book in for the tests, they will let you know what to do about getting the results. This will be in one of two ways:

You will have been asked to book a routine appointment with your doctor to discuss your results, whatever the outcome. Please allow at least one week for the results to come back and please, where possible contact the practice after 11am to book the appointment. When contacting the practice for your results, please ring after 10am when the receptionist will be able to deal with your request outside of our busiest times.

You will not have been asked to book a routine appointment to discuss your results. Instead, one of our team will contact you if any action is needed once your doctor has reviewed your results. In this instance, if you do not hear anything, no further action is required. Please make sure we have an up-to-date contact number.

NB Our reception team is not trained to interpret the results of ANY investigation. Please do not ask them to do so. If you wish to discuss your results then please make an appointment with your doctor.
