Private Services at Our Surgery
We can help with some services that are not part of the NHS, these are called private services.
Some of these include:
- Private sick notes
- Travel medicine (like malaria tablets)
- Letters about your health
- Short medical forms
- Childminder forms
- Medical checks for jobs (like taxi or HGV drivers)
- Doctor reports
- Assessments to check understanding
- Adoption medical checks
Please ask reception if you need more information or want to know the cost.
How to Pay
From 1 April 2024, we no longer accept cash for private services.
You can pay by:
- Debit or credit card (not AMEX)
- Cheque, made payable to Highparks Medical Practice
Important
Letters and reports can take up to 6 weeks to be ready.
