If you need help when we are closed
When the Surgery Is Closed
If you need help quickly when the surgery is closed, call NHS 111, they are there all day and night.
When you call 111, you can speak to:
- trained advisers
- nurses
- doctors
They can help you over the phone and tell you what to do next. It is best to call 111 first, so you don’t go to the wrong place.
Out‑of‑hours services are very busy, so please only use them if you cannot wait until the surgery opens again.
Emergencies
If it is an emergency, call 999 straight away.
An emergency includes:
- chest pain
- trouble breathing
- signs of a stroke

The person who helps with complaints is Shivani Patel, the Assistant Practice Manager.
You can make a complaint by:
- filling in an online form (below)
- asking for a complaints form at any surgery
- sending a letter by post
The form can also be used to give general feedback, but not for medical questions.
