Ordering Your Medicines

Do not write questions about feeling unwell or changing medicines in the message box.

When you use the NHS App to order medicine, only ask for medicines you already take (repeat prescriptions).

If you have a health question or need advice, you should:

  • phone the surgery, or
  • fill in an online eConsult form – Click here

If you send health questions when ordering medicine, we cannot help that way and will send you a message telling you who to contact instead. This could slow things down.

Thank you for helping us keep things running smoothly.

How to Order Your Medicine
