Who do I see?

Routine appointments

  • Phone us Call 01634 949300 – Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00.
  • Come to the surgery:
    You can visit and speak to a receptionist from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:30.
    (Please check Opening times for each surgery here)
  • Use our online form (eConsult):
    Available Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00

Important:
Please do not use the “Contact Us” form to request an appointment – we cannot process appointment requests sent this way.

Urgent appointments

What to do in an Emergency

  • If someone is very ill or in danger:
    ✅ Go straight to A&E, or
    ✅ Call 999

When the practice is closed

If you need help for your body or your mind and you cannot wait until we open:
✅ Go to 111.nhs.uk
or
✅ Call 111 (open 24/7)

They will tell you what to do next.


If you need urgent (same‑day) medical help

1. Think about your pharmacy first

Pharmacies can help with many common problems.

2. Use eConsult (online form)

  • Open Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 10:00
  • Your request will be checked the same day
  • Our team will decide the best place for you to get help

3. Visit the surgery

  • You can come in and speak to a receptionist.
    They will make sure you are sent to the right service.

Important

If you need urgent help after 10:00 – please call the practice so we can deal with it safely and quickly.

Cancelling your appointment

Please tell us as soon as you can.

We can then give the appointment to someone else who needs it.

  • You can cancel by:

Consult with a Doctor online

Our eConsult service is open Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 10:00.

  • ROUTINE REQUESTS
    You can send non‑urgent requests (like questions, repeat medicines, or admin help) any time between 08:00 and 18:00.
  • URGENT REQUESTS
    You can send urgent medical requests between 08:00 and 10:00.
  • AFTER 10:00
    If you need urgent help after 10am, please call the practice.
    We will make sure you are sent to the right service
  • This may be:
    ✅ A clinician at the practice
    ✅ A pharmacy
    ✅ An urgent treatment centre
    ✅ A&E (if needed)

Home visits

Please come to the surgery if you can.

If you are too unwell to travel and need a home visit, please call the surgery before 10:00.

It helps us if you can tell us what the problem is, so the duty doctor can plan their visits properly.
