Ordering repeat prescriptions
Order Your Repeat Prescription Online
You will receive a tear-off slip with each prescription. Please use this slip to request repeat medication. Tick the items you need and return the slip to the surgery.
We do not take request for medication over the telephone.
You can also order your medication online. Please use the link at the top of this page to use this service (registration required).
Please allow a minimum of three working days (72 hours) for your prescription to be ready. This is excluding the day the request is received by the practice.
Pharmacies will have individual turn around times for collection of medication. You should check with your nominated pharmacy for more information.

Queries about your medication
If you have any questions about your medication, you can either:
- visit the dispensary at Cliffe Surgery
- email them on dispensary.highparks@nhs.net.
Please do not use this email address to order prescriptions, this is only for queries from dispensing patients.
