- If your health care needs can not be resolved at a pharmacy, and you need urgent medical help please contact the practice on 01634 949300 at 8.ooam.
Cancelling your appointment
If you cannot attend an appointment, please let us know as soon as you can so that we can give this to somebody else.

Consult with a Doctor online
You can contact the practice online by using our online triage tool, eConsult.
This service is open Monday to Friday.
Patients will directed to the most appropriate service. These include a range of clinicians at the practice, pharmacies, urgent treatment centers and A&E.
Home visits
Please attend the surgery if at all possible.
If you are too ill to travel and need a home visit, please telephone the surgery before 10.00am
It would be helpful if you could give details of the medical issue, the duty doctor can then plan home visits effectively.
